Our client is a fast-growing service provider across the globe. They are looking for a highly self-motivated Accounting Clerk to join their fast growing organization. Your area of focus will be to provide administrative and accounting support to the office. If you have 1-2 years of account admin experience and have obtained strong experience in working for sizable companies, we would like to hear from you. Fresh graduates studying in relevant fields are also welcomed to apply.
Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
Daily enter kay data of financial transactions in database
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned
2+ years' relevant experience
Diploma in Accounting or Business related disciplines
Fresh Grads are welcomed
Proficient PC skills in MS Office
Familiar with MYOB
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
High sense of responsibility, detail-minded, team player
