Accounting Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Prepare cheque payments / payments via online banking
  • Follow up payment transactions in online banking and update Bank Movement and reports on time
  • Prepare and follow up travel claims and expenses claims
  • Prepare journal entries & upload to accounting system for month end closing within deadline
  • Assist in month-end closing and prepare reports
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting
  • At least 1 year experience in accounting
  • Good communication skills with fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently
  • Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
