Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting transactions, operations, documents preparation & filing
  • Prepare monthly statement and liaise with clients
  • Facilitate and support for inventory stock-take record
  • Provide general admin support
  • Assist ad hoc tasks when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • LCCI intermediate or higher qualification
  • Minimum 2 years relevant solid experience
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proactive team player with Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently;
  • Proficient in PC operations: MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred
