  • Accounts Receivable duties including invoice issuance, credit note, receipt and reconciliation.
  • Provide general clerical support including copying, scanning, filing and outdoor work such as banking and collecting client payment etc.
  • Handle staff reimbursement
  • Accounts Payable duties including cheque preparation
  • Ad hoc assignment


  • Form 5 or above with LCCI Accounting Level 2 or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Mature, self-motivated, independent, organize, able to meet deadlines
  • Good PC Skills in MS Office Excel + Word & Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Salary HK$15K-18K depending on the candidate’s experience and skills
