Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operation, payment execution, data entry and filing
  • Assist supervisor to prepare daily reports and payment control summaries
  • Assist bills submission
  • Perform other ad hoc accounting/administrative duties as assigned by supervisors

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • LCCI Level 3 qualification
  • Around 3 years working experience in accounting
  • Familiar with Microsoft office application especially Excel
  • Sound communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
