Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting duties including data entry, vouchers preparation, bank reconciliation, bank payments, remittance, cheques issues, record keeping and document filing.
  • Handle staff reimbursement and ensure expense is with proper approval
  • Prepare monthly account report (Excel)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • HKDSE or above
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good command of Chinese
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, good initiative
  • Basic Microsoft excel skill is a must
  • Immediately available is preferred
