Accounting Manager – Regional Exposure: APAC markets; Retail Industry; Global Brand

ur client is a leading retailer in luxury fashion industry in the region. They’re equipped with a well-established brand name of luxury and high valued product portfolio across the globe. Their products are known for their style and quality. To cater the sustainable growing customers and catch up with market trend, they are now expecting an Accounting Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Manager, you will report to Accounting Director. You will prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and submit monthly reports to the headquarter on time. You will manage the accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable and statutory reporting. You will also complete month-end activities, including balance sheet reconciliation, P&L account analysis, financial statements. You will also work closely with FP&A team and give financial & analytical support for business decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and professional qualifications within a recognized professional body
• 6 years or above relevant experience in accounting/financial analysis, preferably from retail industry, experienced in retail industry is a plus
• Solid experience in regional reporting/ IFRS is a must
• Proficient in both written and spoken
• English Strong analytical mind, good communication skill and business sense Proactive and self motivated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
