Accounting Manager (Corporate)

Responsibilities

• Be the team lead to oversee accounting, financial reporting and consolidation on group level
• Monitor and analyze the results of segments other than Investment Properties
• Ensure transactions are complied with HK listing rules, fulfilled regulatory requirements in terms of financial reporting and disclosure
• Take care of investing activities on group level, ensure accounting treatment of financial instruments is align with accounting standards required
• Provide timely and accurate consolidated reports to senior management and board of directors

Requirements

• University graduates in Finance/Accounting/Business or related disciplines
• At least 6-8 years of experience gained from corporate level of sizable listed company
• Experience in real estate management industry is highly preferred
• Expertise on preparing consolidated accounts with FX treatment/controls is an advantage
• Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or any recognized regulatory accounting bodies
• Independent, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Solid analytical & research ability, problem-solving, good leadership and excellent people management skills
• Experience in M&A activities is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS excel and office, with data analytical tools skills (such as VBA) preferred
