Accounting Manager / Officer

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Banking, Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounting in the banking sector
  • Proficiency in English
  • Familiar with MS office applications

Job Duties:
  • Maintenance of accounts and accounting system and keeping good order of accounting books
  • Review of vouchers prepared by Accountant
  • Preparation of financial statement (daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly) and other financial management reports
  • Preparation of documents and liaise with external auditors for interim and final audits
  • Preparation of documents and liaise with internal auditors for internal audits
  • Preparation of banking returns/ regulatory reports (periodically and ad-hoc) to HKMA, IRD and other government authorities
  • Liaise and coordinate with tax authority and other government authorities
  • Preparation of Accounting Manuals, Internal guidelines and regulations as assigned by the Management
