  • Report to the FC and lead the Account Receivable, Account Payable, and General Accounting Teams
  • Ensure the team adapt the established system process and procedures required to process all accounting transaction properly and ensure that all month-ended, quarterly-ended and yearly-ended closing are completed accurately, in timely manner and in accordance with corporate guideline
  • Formulate accounting policies and streamline work procedures
  • Ensure sound financial controls, policies and procedures are in place to meet our business environment in accordance with corporate requirement and comply fully with local statutory convention
  • Liaise with bankers, company secretary, auditors and solicitors
  • Supervise fixed asset counts, and annual stock counts for inventory
  • Lead, coach and develop the team to build the team core competence through a series of development initiatives such as on-the-job training, job enrichment, job rotation, etc.
  • Responsible for special projects as assigned
  • Provide a pro-active, efficient, timely and relevant accounting reports to various internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the monthly financial accounts performance, including cash flow management, credit control etc., and to maintain fixed assets register in an appropriate and accurate manner
  • Prepare and review performance KPIs as well as periodical management reports


  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or related discipline
  • Qualified accountant and member of the HKICPA or a reputable accounting association
  • Minimum 6 years of solid accounting and finance experience in multinational retail / FMCG companies preferably, with experience in renowned retail chains / luxury brands is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal, influencing as well as supervisory and management skills
  • Team player and able to lead with good analytical skills & detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Good leadership, people management skills and communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Solid experience and knowledge of ERP system , SAPB1, SAP
  • Immediate available is preferred
