The jobholder will be responsible for overseeing the overall finance operation on policyholder and expense payment.
Lead and oversight finance operation team to perform their daily activities including policyholder related, management expense payment and reimbursement in accordance with Company's policies and service standard
Engage and drive finance operation team for process improvement to meet organization goals
Collaborate across with other teams and stakeholders within the Company by providing financial information for business decision to meet organization goals and / or regulatory requirements
Lead & develop teams to participate transformation projects and business strategic initiatives and provide advice on accounting process
Member of recognized accounting professional bodies
7 to 8 years solid working experience in finance operation preferably with insurance industry
Able to work independently under multitasking work environment.
Strong communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
