Accounting Officer / Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full set of Accounts, including day-to-day accounting and monthly closing
  • General AR/AP/Journal Entries and other ah hoc duties, such as HR admin, etc..
  • Data entry, checking invoices, statements and preparing cheques and document filings
  • Able to work independently


  • Form 5 or above 
  • LCC Intermediate level or above
  • At least 3 years working experience in handling full set of accounts. Candidate with less experience and qualification can be considered as Accounts Clerk
  • Familiar with Excel and PC application
