Accounting Officer I (Operation)

The Finance department is looking for additional human resources to cope with the operation expansion needs and to free up existing resources to several system development projects in the Company.

Scope of Duties:

• Report to Accountant
• Perform accounts payable / billing duties.  Also handle general ledger functions for daily accounting operations
• Assist in month-end account closing
• Prepare audit schedules for interim/ annual account closing
• Follow up with Stakeholders
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• No relevant experience is required for recognized Degree/Diploma holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines (Fresh graduates are also welcomed)
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadline
• Good interpersonal skill and teamwork
• High self-initiative in taking up responsibilities
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
