  • Handle accounts payable, payment and procurement process
  • Handle accounts receivable, cash and cheque collection, invoicing
  • Assists with day-to-day accounting operations
  • Assists in online ordering and follow up
  • Handles any other general office and administration tasks as assigned
  • Other ad hoc duties as required


  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience
  • Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Other Microsoft Applications and Accounting Software (e.g Epicor)
  • Work well under pressure and interruption
  • Detail-Oriented and mature
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team, be self-motivated and shows initiative
