Accounting Officer, Property Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of books and produce month-end accounts for each of the properties
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis for management and other internal stakeholders
• Assist in new accounting system (Flexsystem) implementation
• Liaise with incorporated owners, tenants and landlords from time to time on the property accounts
• Make recommendations to improve accounting processes to ensure efficient operations and good credit control

Requirements

• LCC Intermediate, Diploma in Accounting, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in the property management field but it is not a must
• Experience in systems implementation or Flexsystem are added advantages
• Able to work independently, and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn
• Proficient in written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Accounting Officer.
