Report to Accounts Manager and assist in handling full set of accounting.
Handle A/R, A/P, Cash Management, Costing calculation and other related accounting administration duties.
Responsible for daily bank position report and data input and Bank Reconciliation.
Provide general administration functions for A/C dept. such as data entry and filing
Diploma or above
2 years' relevant experience, Trading preferred
Proficiency in MS office & Accounting Software
Always keep important and sensitive issues confidential
Responsible, positive working attitude, independent, detail minded and accurate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
