Accounting Officer

Job Duties:

  • Daily entries of all receipts and payments
  • Reconciliation of bank statements
  • Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry, document filing and preparing vouchers etc.
  • Provide general clerical support, petty cash handling, system entries
  • Assist in preparing reports
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Experience in handling full sets of accounts
  • Experience or knowledge in MYOB accounting system is an advantage
  • LCCI Third Level or above
  • 3 years or above accounting experience with listed company
  • Initiative, Independent, good interpersonal & organizing skills
  • Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing, MS Excel is a must
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred


40 hours weekly. Fringe benefits include Performance Bonus, Mandatory Provident Fund, Annual Leave and Hospital Insurance. Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
