Accounting Officer

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualified Accountant HKICPA or its equivalent
  • 5 years relevant working experience either in Insurance, Audit or Financial Institutions
  • Prior experience in handling insurance commission payout to AE would be an advantage; Experience in system implementation is a plus
  • Mature, integrity, aggressive, dynamic, self-starter, well-organized patient, independent & attention to details
  • Initiative & good interpersonal skills; Immediate available preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good PC skills such as Excel, Word processing is a must
  • Knowledge of MYOB or other GL accounting system
Job Duties:
  • Handle accounting for insurance commission income & payment to the AE
  • Assist in ad hoc projects required
  • Assist in the month end closing of the legal book of an insurance broker
  • Assist in the system implementation of an insurance system
  • Prepare management information reports to various stakeholders
