Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• To prepare month-end / quarter-end / interim / year-end closing;
• To coordinate with site staff to handle all accounting related matters (including Invoicing, AR, AP, toll evasion cases and etc);
• To liaise with the Group and submit financial report of the company when requested;
• To maintain proper and systematic filing system;
• To perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related discipline
• 1-2 years working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience in Flex would be an advantage
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, high accuracy and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Outdoor work is required
