With our strong growth in Europe, we now find it necessary to expand our team further and are currently recruiting for the position of accounting & shipping clerk.
- Assisting to the accounting and shipping dept.
- Handling daily accounting transactions, operations, data input and filing
- Handling export shipments and shipping documents follow up.
- Usage of tailor-made ERP system
- Perform administrative and general clerical duties to include but not limited to: answering phones, meet and greet visitors, etc.
- Ordering office supplies and refreshments as required. Sign for mails and packages.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Matriculation or above in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines is preferred
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably gained in manufacturing industry
- Ability to work on highly confidential matters with high integrity level
- Have basic knowledge in I/E procedure and regulation, L/C & bank document handling and Tradelink declaration.
- Attentive to detail and well-organized
- Sound IT knowledge, proficient in MS Office and outlook
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is required
- Immediate availability would be of advantage.
