Accounting Supervisor (Management Accounting)

Duties :

• Undertake annual financial audit for year-end closing
• Assist managers in preparing financial planning such as annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, etc.
• Assist managers in preparing management planning package
• Assist managers in formulating and implementing improvements in accounting information system
• Gather and analyze financial information to devise business strategies and plans
• Assist the company in managing its investment portfolio
• Evaluate business projects to assess the financial viability on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and business efficiency
• Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk
• Assist in conducting research, analysis and training for business improvement

Requirements :

• University graduate in Accounting and Finance or related disciplines
• 3-5 years’ relevant working experience
• Being self-initiative, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen, problem solving and good in communication and presentation skills
• Responsible with a can-do attitude
• Problem solver with attention to details
• Good in time management, problem solving, analytical mind and critical thinking
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua
