  • Supervise the team of 3-5 staff in daily accounting operations
  • Handle full set of books and prepare schedules
  • Ensure that all records of accounts and ledgers and all relevant supporting documents and/or computation schedules are properly kept in place
  • Handle and liaise with auditors in relation for annual auditing matters
  • Assist in shops' stock-takes annually
  • Work on any ad hoc projects as assigned by Directors/Accounting Manager



  • Diploma holder in Accounting
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Strong PC knowledge including MS Office, Excel, Knowledge in ACCPAC Accounting
    Software is a definite advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Analytical mind, high accuracy and commitment, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, responsible, independent, detail-minded, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
