Accounts & Admin Clerk (5 day work)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for routine accounting operations including data entry and filing
  • Handle Account Receivable and Account Payable
  • Assist in month-end closing and prepare monthly statement
  • Handle general office administrative duties
  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • F.5 graduate with LCC&I Level II or above
  • 2 years working experiences in Accounting & Administrative function;
  • Experience in MYOB / ERP is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and work independently;
  • Immediate available is preferable
