Accounts & Admin Clerk (Part Time / Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Filing, data input and assist in performing secretarial and clerical duties
  • Assist daily operation, administrative and documentation works
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or LCCI intermediate level or above
  • At least 1 year accounting experience 
  • With experience in design/contractor accounting is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail oriented
  • Experience work in a small & medium size company
  • Proficiency in MS office including Word and Excel
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
