Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible data entry; issue SO, invoice; AP & AR follow up; prepare voucher & cheques bank-in; petty cash operation, process reimbursement for staff, filing, and generate financial reports for management review; etc.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations,
  • Handle staff payroll and MPF, commission
  • Perform ad hoc projects and office administrative works
  • Outdoor work occasionally

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 with Certificate in Accounting or above and possess LCCI Intermediate;
  • At least 3 years work experience in accounting; experience in engineering industry is highly preferred;
  • Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Chinese word processing, EMOI system etc);
  • 5.5 Days Work 
  • Independent, detail-minded and well-organized, Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure;
  • Able to adapt Small & Medium Enterprises' culture and environment;
  • Immediately available is preferred
