We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Officer to support our business in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain GL, AP and AR using accounting system
  • Assist in preparing monthly cashflow forecast and annual budget
  • Assist in HR and Payroll related matters
  • Handle general office admin duties
  • Perform accurate filling and documentation
  • Assist in organizing company/team events
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

  • Form 7 and above education
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of using payroll software and MYOB is advantageous
  • Immediate availability is preferred
