Maintain GL, AP and AR using accounting system
Assist in preparing monthly cashflow forecast and annual budget
Assist in HR and Payroll related matters
Handle general office admin duties
Perform accurate filling and documentation
Assist in organizing company/team events
Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects


Form 7 and above education
At least 5 years relevant experience
Able to work independently
Proficient in using MS Office
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Knowledge of using payroll software and MYOB is advantageous
