Accounts & Admin Officer (Part-time)

Since its incorporation in 2009, it has delivered comprehensive services to various companies in the region, e.g. recruitment process outsourcing and payroll process outsourcing.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain GL, AP and AR using accounting system
  • Assist in preparing monthly cashflow forecast and annual budget
  • Assist in HR and Payroll related matters
  • Handle general office admin duties
  • Perform accurate filling and documentation
  • Assist in organizing company/team events
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects


Requirements

  • Immediate available
  • Form 7 and above education
  • At least 4 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of using payroll software and MYOB
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
