What You Will Be Doing:

  • Financial Data Entry & Updating Databases
  • Providing Administrative Assistance to the Management Team
  • Supplier Relationship Management
  • Strategic Sourcing & Negotiating
  • General Administration Duties ie Preparing Invoices, Quotes, Processing Purchase Orders, Weekly Payment Requisitions, Accounts Receivables et al.
  • Bookkeeping
  • Organise Travel & Events


  • 1-2 Years’ Experience In A Similar Role
  • Required experience: Bookkeeping: 1 year
  • Required education: Higher Diploma or Associate Degree
  • A Desire To Work & Grow In A Startup Environment
  • Want to make Changes
  • Excellent Communication Skills Coupled With A Professional Phone Manner
  • Attention To Detail, Team Mentality & A Positive Attitude
  • Professionally Presented
  • Tertiary Qualifications Are Preferred But Not Absolutely Essential
