Responsibilities:

  • Perform general accounting work, AR, AP & GL
  • Prepare general office administration duties
  • Preform simple graphic design, Plan and design promotion materials, including print ads and P.O.P
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • LCCI higher level or above
  • 5 years working experience
  • Experience with ERP and accounting applications is advantage
  • Proficient IT skills - confident in using MS Word, Excel.
  • Experience in graphics tools, such as Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail minded and a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Immediately available preferred
