Duties:

  • Handle full set of accounts, payroll
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow forecast
  • Prepare annual budget, year-end audit & liaise with auditors
  • Handle inbound & outbound logistics including shipping documents, import/export license & declaration
  • Arrange Bank payments & remittances
  • Prepare purchase rolling forecast & purchase orders
  • Prepare sales invoice, stock inventory & delivery including labeling, quality check & packing
  • Handle quarterly stock-take at distributor's warehouse
  • Review shipping documents from related company
  • Perform general & administrative duties
  • Occasional trip to Macau or China to check stock or faulty goods returned by distributors

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience
  • Good command of both spoken & written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Familiar with Excel, Word & Accounting software Peach Tree
  • Self-initiated, responsible, reliable & hardworking
