Accounts and Administrative Officer

3-5 yrs Experience


  • Monitoring accounts payables and relevant payments
  • Assist in preparing cost analysis reports and general accounting tasks as assigned
  • Performing general administrative office duties and ad hoc assignments
  • Organizing company activities such as Annual Dinner and Christmas Party
  • Able to handle full set accounting is preferred


  • Degree in Accounting, Qualification Programme Student of HKICPA or other accounting professional member is preferred
  • Min. 3 – 5 years relevant working experiences
  • With 1-2 Audit experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of MYOB accounting software preferred
  • Self-motivated, responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; willing to deal with people
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
