Accounts Clerk / Accounts Officer


  • Degree in Accountancy on relevant disciplines is preferred;
  • Organised in work and committed to work;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Strong adaptability on the fast-changing business environment;
  • Responsible, initiative, able to work with less supervision, mature, stable, strong sense of integrity, a good team player, good communication skills;
  • Proficiency in PC application (especially in Word, Excel – advanced etc);
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;


Job Description

  • Handle daily operation of finance department including arranging payments and receipts, preparing vouchers, checking invoices, data input, accounts reconciliation, filling, etc, to ensure all entries are recorded accurately and timely;
  • Assist in month end closing;
  • Liaise and communicate with auditors and bankers;
  • Provide administration support
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
