Accounts Assistant / Officer (5 days work)

Job Duties

  • Prepare all entries and handle payments of General R&M and Service fee, Operating Supplies and F&B purchases via CitiDirect or cheque
  • Prepare casual labor wages and MPF payments
  • Petty cash disbursement & reimbursement
  • Check and update vendors' profile and contract in both accounting system and excel file
  • Prepare A/P related journals, reports, letters and B/S analysis
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Accounts Assistant position
