  • Handle full set of accounts for property development projects
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules and project cash flows on timely basis
  • Responsible for daily accounting functions, including but not limit to payment processing and fund transfer
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Liaise with auditor and assist in drafting audited financial statements as well as tax computations
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • Higher diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
  • 3 years’ relevant accounting experience
  • Experience in property developer industry a definite advantage
  • Experience in using Flex accounting system a plus
  • Good PC skills, especially Excel
  • Mature, can work independently with minimum supervision
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
