Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Accounts Executives in their day-to-day operations
  • Provide assistance in arranging all invoices along with monthly reports, scanning, and miscellaneous work, etc.
  • Responsible for handling of invoices, registering them in ERP, co-ordination with various departments for information, etc. will part of daily activity
  • Follow necessary instructions from team in-charge and head offices and perform the tasks

Jobs Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI higher certificate
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and able to work under pressure
  • Hardworking with good working attitude
  • Willing to learn
  • Candidate with previous work experience in shipping company is preferred
