Responsibilities:

  • Handling accounts payable invoices posting & reconciliation
  • Performing the checking & preparation for vendors payment
  • Handling administrative related function for department
  • Performing other ad-hoc assignments related to Accounts Payable area

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years accounting experience, preferably in SAP environment
  • Well-versed with MS office (e.g. Excel)
  • Self-driven with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
