Wai Fat Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd is a sizable pharmaceutical company. For fast expanding our business in Hong Kong and China markets, we are now seeking a high and motivated applicant for the following position :

Accounts Clerk (5-day week)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare vouchers and in-house reports/reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end closing and general accounts administration
  • Ad hoc assignments when required


  • F.5 or above
  • With LCC&I Inter. Certificate or above
  • At least 3 year relevant working experience
  • Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel
  • Familiar with Peachtree/Sage 50 Accounting is an add advantage
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent & meticulous
