Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare voucher reports
  • Classify & file documents
  • Update daily sales receipt report & enter data into account system
  • Manual daily bank reconciliation and issue cheque 
  • Prepare month-end reports such as credit card reports, FY reports

Job requirements:

  • F.5 or above, holding LCC1 or above will be an advantage
  • At least 1 year related experience
  • Handle general office administrative work & daily operation of accounts
  • Knowledge of retail industry is a plus
  • Experience in MYOB / ERP system is an advantage
  • Hard working and willing to learn
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
