Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data processing, data input and filling
  • Prepare ledger entries and accounting duties related to Accounts
  • Prepare cheque/ remittance payments
  • Prepare / Check monthly statements
  • General office administration
  • To handle ad hoc duties as request

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with formal education in Accounting, Diploma holder in relevant disciplines is preferred
  • At least 1 year’ relevant accounting experience
  • Able to handle full set of accounts is preferred but not essential
  • PC literacy in MS Office Applications and proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Good English and Mandarin
  • Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and with good communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Initiative, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
  • IMMEDIATELY available is HIGHTLY PREFERABLE
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
