The Role

  • Handle all Accounts Receivable related tasks, including billing, issuing debit notes and preparing receipt vouchers in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of detailed Accounts Receivable status for clients
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end closing
  • Assist in admin work, including filing, mailing
  • Closely communication with Commercial Department for contract maintenance
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments

The Person

  • HKCEE/HKDSE with LCC&I intermediate
  • Proficient in MS Office application especially in Excel is a must
  • Good Command of English and Cantonese
  • Willing to work in Airport area
