  • Perform daily journal entries and bookkeeping works
  • Perform bank reconciliation and fund transfers
  • Assist in audit, tax return and group consolidation
  • Provide clerical support to the department when necessary
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy
  • 1  to 2 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience in sizable company preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Experience in using Flex accounting system is a plus
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, attentive to details, responsible and able to work under pressure
