Accounts Clerk - Receiving

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversees the operation in receiving sections
• To ensure that all goods received in the Hotel are properly supported and follows hotel procedures
• To ensure that goods coming into the hotel have been properly ordered and met the specification (in quantity and quality).
• To ensure that goods are promptly moved to concerned department once it arrived.
• To closely monitor and coordinate with Purchasing all pending or partial deliveries independently.
• To be responsible for recording and distributing reports as requested.
• To discharge his/her duties in an effective and efficient manner.
• To perform in other accounting duties and ad hoc assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma holder in Finance or Accountancy
• 2 years’ relevant experience in Hospitality industry will be  an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Material Control
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage and complete multitasks with positive attitude
• Strong Attention to details and accuracy
