Accounts Clerk (Site Based)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare vouchers, journal posting and bank reconciliation;
• Handle accounts payable or accounts receivable on a daily basis;
• Assist in general accounting duties including filing and data entry;
• Assist in year-end statutory audit including preparation of supporting schedules;
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• F.5 with LCCI Level 2;
• 1 years of working experience in accounting s preferable;
• Familiar in Flex accounting software;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel;
• Self-motivated, responsible, and has a pleasant personality;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Immediate available is an advantage
