Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including AR and AP
  • Preparation of monthly accounts, costing analysis and accounts reconciliation
  • Invoicing and debts collection
  • Assisting in office administration and HR matters
  • Other ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in accounting or related discipline
  • 2 years of experience in Accounting, with HR and office administration experiences is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize and execute activities
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
