Position: Accounts Clerk

 Responsibilities:

  • Process journal entries, vouchers, cheque/TT preparation & other day-to-day accounts receivable / payable functions
  • Reconcile the suppliers' statements and invoices between operating & accounting systems
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Assist in ad-hoc accounting tasks when required

 

Requirements

  • Accounting Diploma or LCC Higher
  • Fresh graduate but with minimum 1 years commercial experience is an advantage
  • Basic usage in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work under pressure and good at details
  • Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skill
  • Salary range: negotiable
  • Work place: HK Island (near the MTR station)
