Accounts Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Manage the POs ordering
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation including all cash and credit card collections from retail shop
  • Maintain proper payment record
  • Assist the superior to manage the day to day accounting activities
  • Provide clerical support
  • Ad-hoc duties upon requested


  • F.5 / DSE graduate or above with LCCI intermediate level
  • Minimum 2-3 years' accounting experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Knowledge in accounting system is definitely an advantage
  • Self-motivated, responsible, detail minded, well-organized, independent and willing to learn
  • Able to work under pressure and complete tasks before deadline
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm; Sat: 9:00am – 1:00pm)
