Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities :

* Support daily operation including accounts payble / accounts receivable / general ledger

* Ensure timely processing of suppliers' invoices, expenses claims and ensure payments are properly made according to company policies

Maintain proper supporting document and accounting records

* Handle payments, i.e. issuing cheques and preparing TT remittance

* Reconciliation of vendor statements, ledger and accounts

* Prepare supporting schedules to substantiate general ledger balances

* Handle monthly closing of small group companies on a timely basis

* Assist ad hoc projects as required and handle administrative work


Requirements :

* Diploma in Accountancy or above

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trading companies

* Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficient in MS Windows and computerized accounting system

* Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage
