Responsibilities:

• Handle Payment
• Prepare accounting vouchers
• Provide general clerical support on routine accounting and timesheet matters;
• Reconcile inter-company balance;
• Participate in periodic closing activities
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, LCCI II level or equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in the field of accounting
• Proficiency in MS office and advanced Excel is a MUST
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Meticulous and attentive to details, independent, initiative and with strong sense of responsibility
