Accounts Clerk

The Hebe Haven Yacht Club Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Assists Accountant in preparing payment vouchers and control the payment register 
  • Control and handle Part time Instructor Fees and MPF
  • Assists in bank reconciliation
  • Assists in administrative work such as, out to bank and delivery document to auditor or directors when necessary
  • Assists in preparing statements to members
  • Issues invoice or debit notes when needed
  • Assists HR Manager in handling leave record and allowance.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or above.
  • Higher qualification will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
  • 2 years relevant experience in accounting field.
  • Able to work independently and can work under pressure.
  • Initiative, attention to details and well organized.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Experience in Human Resources is an advantage.
